Getting started
Sign in
Lokul supports Sign in with Apple and passwordless email codes. If you do not receive a login code, check your spam folder and confirm you entered the correct email address.
Location & discovery
Lokul uses your location while the app is open to show nearby events. You can also set a saved city and radius in Settings. To change permissions, go to iOS Settings → Lokul → Location.
Events not showing?
Only approved public listings appear on the map and feed. Try widening your discovery radius, pulling to refresh, or checking that location access is enabled while using the app.
Account & data
Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Lokul account at any time from Settings → Delete account in the app. Deletion removes your profile and hosted content within 30 days, except where we must retain records by law.
Manage notifications
Toggle notification preferences in Settings inside the app, or disable notifications for Lokul in iOS Settings.
Subscriptions & purchases
Lokul is free to download. Optional in-app purchases include Lokul Pro (monthly subscription) and Event Boost (one-time consumable).
- All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID.
- To cancel Lokul Pro: iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Lokul → Cancel.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- For billing issues or refunds, contact Apple Support or use Report a Problem in your Apple ID account.
For subscription status questions, include your Apple ID email (not your password) when you write to support@lokul.live.
Safety & reporting
Lokul is for lawful, permitted gatherings. To report an event, profile, photo, or message, use Report in the app on that content. To block a user, open their profile or chat and choose Block.
You can also report app issues from Settings → Report a problem.
